Xiao Huang is a Ph.D. student in Operations Research at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. She holds a B.E. in Energy and Environmental Systems Engineering with a double major in Economics from Peking University (2021) and an M.S. in Operations Research from Georgia Tech (2022). Currently, as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Physical Internet Center under the guidance of Dr. Benoit Montreuil, Her research centers on multi-echelon supply chain management, where she applies optimization, simulation, and machine learning techniques to enhance performance by optimizing inventory levels and transportation systems, particularly in the face of uncertainty and disruptions.
